~Late cancellations ~ I understand that emergencies happen however If you need to cancel your appointment, I simply ask that you notify me of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours prior to the appointment. Cancellations that break these rules will cause 70% of your treatment costs to be paid immediately.
~Late arrivals ~ In order to respect the time of all clients i ask you to arrive on time for your appointment. Clients arriving more than 10 minutes late will forfeit the original appointment and be rescheduled.
~No shows~ In the case of missing your appointment, you will be imposed with a fee of 100% of your treatment cost which will be due immediately. Two or more missed appointments equal being fired from the salon
~Right to refuse services ~ I have the right to refuse a service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated or if their state of health may influence the effects of the service.
~Service guarantee and refunds ~ Your satisfaction is my highest priority. If you are not completely contented, please let me know during your appointment. All treatments are non~ refundable.
~Children and pets within the salon~ As I am concerned with your and your children's/ pets safety, I strictly prohibit them in the salon.
~ Smoking ~ Smoking is prohibited during your appointment and In or around my house/garden.
~ Phones~ Use of your mobile is strictly prohibited.
